A stunning view and serene stay

Woke up to breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji from our private onsen. The staff was exceptionally warm and the food was a culinary delight.

The bathroom felt a bit dated and could use some renovations. Some noise broke the otherwise tranquil atmosphere.

Request an earlier breakfast if you have early plans. the staff is accommodating and will help adjust the schedule.

Incredible Experience with Delicious Kaiseki Cuisine

Our stay was simply amazing! The ryokan had a beautifully traditional atmosphere, and the onsen experience was incredibly relaxing. Each meal, especially the multi-course kaiseki dinner served in our room, was a delight both in presentation and taste. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, including arranging an early breakfast for us. The only downside was that the bathrooms felt a bit dated, but it didn't detract much from our overall enjoyment.

The private hot spring was absolutely the highlight! So relaxing and perfect after a day of exploring. The food was also amazing, but the room had a bit of noise from other guests. Overall, a great stay! 😊

Our group had an unforgettable vacation! The private hot spring and dining experiences were top-notch. We visited the public bath and enjoyed the beautiful gardens. Just a heads up for future guests, the location can be tricky to get to, so plan accordingly. Otherwise, we highly recommend this place for a fun getaway with friends!

One downside was the noise at night. you could hear other guests walking around, which was surprising for the price we paid. It didn't ruin our experience, but it was noticeable.

The staff's attentiveness was commendable, though I faced some challenges with communication regarding storing bags post-checkout.
